This Privacy Policy explains what information Audivance ("we", "us", "the platform") collects from your firm and its users, how we use it, and how it's protected. Audivance is provided by [Legal Entity Name].
We collect the following categories of information:
Information is used solely to operate the platform for your firm: authenticating users, storing and displaying your engagement data, generating working papers and reports, and — where your firm has enabled AI-assisted features — sending relevant financial data to Anthropic's Claude API to generate suggestions (see our AI Fair Use Policy). We do not sell client or engagement data to third parties.
Engagement data is stored in a hosted database, and uploaded files are stored in cloud object storage. Each firm's data is logically separated from other firms' data. We use reputable third-party infrastructure providers to host the platform; those providers do not access your data except as needed to provide hosting services.
Audivance uses a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
We retain your firm's data for as long as your subscription is active, plus a reasonable period afterward to allow for account recovery, unless you request earlier deletion or applicable law requires a different retention period.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information at any time by contacting us at info@getaudivance.com. Requests involving client engagement data should be directed to your firm administrator, since your firm controls that data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to firm administrators by email.
