These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your firm's use of Audivance, provided by [Legal Entity Name]. By creating an account or using the platform, your firm agrees to these Terms.
Audivance is an audit engagement platform for planning, risk assessment, documentation, and sign-off. Plans and features are described on our Pricing page.
Audivance is a workpaper and documentation tool. It references International Standards on Auditing (ISA) to structure its workflows, but it does not claim or certify compliance with ISA or any other auditing standard, and it is not a substitute for the professional judgment of a qualified auditor. Every output the platform produces — including AI-assisted suggestions — must be reviewed and approved by a qualified professional before being relied upon. Your firm remains solely responsible for the audit opinions and conclusions it issues.
Some features use AI to suggest mappings, analysis, or content. These are assistive only — see our AI Fair Use Policy for details on how they work and how usage is billed.
Your firm is responsible for the accuracy of the data it uploads, for managing user access within its account, and for keeping login credentials confidential. Firm administrators control who has access to which engagements.
You agree not to use Audivance to store or process data you don't have the right to use, to attempt to bypass platform security, or to use the service in a way that disrupts other firms' use of the platform.
Plans, engagement/storage allowances, and any usage-based AI billing are described on the Pricing page and confirmed with your firm directly.
Audivance and its underlying software remain the property of [Legal Entity Name]. Your firm retains all rights to the client and engagement data it uploads.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Audivance is provided "as is" and [Legal Entity Name] is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including any audit conclusions reached using it.
Either party may terminate the subscription per the terms agreed at signup. Upon termination, your firm may request an export of its data within a reasonable period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing Jurisdiction].
